Take your smoothie up a notch!

Step 1: Pick a liquid. 4-8 ounces of one of the following:
Filtered water, coconut water, almond milk (unsweetened), hemp milk (unsweetened), iced green tea.

Step 2: Pick a protein powder. 1-2 scoops:
Grass-fed collagen, casein protein, rice protein, pea protein, hemp protein.

Step 3: Pick a veggie. 1-2 handfuls. Use raw, roasted or frozen:
Dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard), pumpkin/sweet potato, beets, cucumber, celery, powdered green supplement.

Step 4: Pick a fruit. 1-2 handfuls. Use fresh or frozen:
Apples, bananas, berries, dates, pineapple, mango.

Step 5: Pick a healthy fat. 1-2 thumb sized portions:
Walnuts, flax/hemp/chia seeds, cashews, almonds, nut butters. And/or: Coconut oil, mct oil.

Step 6: Pick a topper. A little goes a long way:
coconut, cacao nibs, yogurt, cinnamon, ice.

Step 7: Blend and enjoy!
