These are too good to be true and almost impossible to resist! Did we mention easy to make?

Here are the ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tablespoons pure organic maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon organic baking soda
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
You can use a 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips but we used a full organic dark chocolate bar.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond meal, salt, and baking soda. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Then mix well.
If you use chocolate chips add them now or the chocolate bar broken into smaller chunks. Next use a tablespoon drop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350F for 8-9 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
